Health Network Leader Salary Survey
Every 2 years, NCHN conducts a survey to collect Network Executive salary and benefit data. The survey is conducted in even years (e.g., 2020, 2026).
A free report is sent to all NCHN members who completed the survey. The report includes the following data (all network and individual names are confidential):
• Director Demographics
• Salary by Budget (average and range)
• Salary by Region (average and range)
• General Network Information
• Numerous other figures and charts, including salary by years of experience, salary by age of network
• Comparative charts and graphs of salary and benefit data collected since 2006
• Tools you can share with your Board to position your leadership and your network in relation to similar networks by region, budget, number of staff, etc.
A copy of the report is available for purchase. Members who did not complete the survey. ($200) Non-Members ($500) To order, contact NCHN.
